My original AHI used to be .08 but over the past year or two they have gradually crept up to 2.9. The Hypopnea index is 2.2 whilst the Apnea index is .07 with both central and obstructive recording .03 respectively. I am using the S9 and for sometime had it set at 13. I changed a few years ago to automatic. When the numbers were climbing I changed the setting back manually to 15. Any suggestions? I have been very fatigued during the day but found that my Fibromyalgia had been playing up so by taking an anti-inflammatory before retiring I have reduced the daytime tiredness. I need to get my energy levels and concentration back.

Re: Changes
Hi - a bit confused here as to what your current pressure settings are. And what mask are you using - nasal or FF? Do you use software to track daily progress and what does it say about leak rates, etc.? Do you take other meds?
Re: Changes
With a low AHI and several years experience with your CPAP, I suspect that your Fibromyalgia may be the culprit. How have you been sleeping? Many wake ups or do you sleep straight through the night? What mad you determine that 15 was the right pressure?
