I use it and Sleepyhead.

If all you care about is compliance and the barest of efficacy data, it's fine. If you'd actually like to know what's going on with your treatment, it's basically worthless. I really only use it because it doesn't seem to cost me having its uploader automatically uploading my data, and if for some reason I'm trying to remember what my AHI was during the day, I can check from the web or my phone. I might occasionally check it to see how it interprets any bad-looking leaks, but now that I've seen how it interprets them, I pretty much know what it's going to say.

My advice, if you're into seeing how you're actually doing, is to look into Sleepyhead, assuming your machine isn't a brick.

Yep. I that's the default for SleepyHead. It does import the data to your hard drive, but I don't remember it even having the option to delete from the card. You can do that through the OS if you want, though.

I started this journey by going to the dr because I wake with headache. During the day the headache go away. the sleep study described me as moderate. I was not given the cpap machine was not given to me in the lab. I'm not seeking medical advice here I don't think it is working I'm still waking with headache

Good. Because what we do offer is how to use the device and make it most effective for you.

Here's an example. If you continue to wake with headaches in the morning, it's a good idea to talk with your doctor about it. But it's also a good idea to be your own advocate for your health. Get SleepyHead to read the data. You might even get a Pulse-Oximeter to see if you have low O2 levels during the night. Go in prepared with data. And be clear that if you awaken every morning with a headache that something is wrong. And eventually it will do permanent damage to your body (for example, if it's due to high blood pressure it might lead to kidney damage).

I have tried sleepy head and no data imports. Where did I go wrong?? Is it compatible with a Philips resperonics remstar a-flex auto?

The PR System One model 550/560..yes..it is compatible.

What version of SleepyHead are you trying to use and please confirm the model number of your machine...
But the most common error is that people direct the SH download to far into the SD card.
They need to stop at the drive letter where the SD card is sitting. If they go to the PSeries folder SH can't find the data because it doesn't know to look in there.

You may have inadvertently got the wrong version for your machine or your computer.

Windows version 0.9.3 definitely works easily with both the 550 and 560 machines and if that is what you installed then I suspect the issue is the common problem that I mentioned above.

I'm running 0.9.2 on a Mac sleep mapper from Philips resperonics worked perfect. Sleepy head will not import any data ( same data ) from same card.

I'm not exactly sure how Macs work, but make sure you are pointing it to the directory everything is in, not the sub-folders. So if it's showing up on your Mac as "SD Card" tell Sleepyhead to look for the data on the "SD Card" don't go into any sub folders.

You likely didn't get the Patch file for the Mac that is needed to make SH work with the 60 series machine.
That's why I asked which version of SleepyHead you were using.

Check this thread page 3 for the Patch for the Mac.
viewtopic/t83551/SleepyHead-Series-60-Patch-Avail.html
I think 3rd or 4th post down from the top...from Rich0.
Don't get the very first one mentioned in the first post page one...that's for Windows.

If you do the Patch file for the Mac properly...then SleepyHead will work just fine if you are doing the import navigation correctly.
Lots of Mac users with 60 series machines here with things working just fine.

Finally after some searching I found the patch. On with the technical help now. There are tabs that say details events notes and bookmarks. Under events some are obvious to me what they mean. What is flow limitation??
