Face Down Body Positioning System

Has anyone tried these? It looks like it could work with or without a PAP.

my back hurts just looking at it. i dont think it would work for many people because you would have to lay still all night or else the pillows would slide around, etc. what do you think?

A friend of mine had to use such a device for 2 weeks folowing an eye operation and he absolutely hated it!

It looks like something you'd have to be desperate to use.
I sure hope it works in that case. Pain is not fun.
