I have been using my Cpap now for 2 years and am super happy with it, except for one thing. Apparently about 14 months ago, it lost it's mind and decided it was 01 December 2097. It continued to record data every night, but when I import it into sleepyhead, I get some really crazy results because of the incorrect date and time. Some versions of sleepyhead compress all of that data to 1 day [imagine 20,000+ events in one night], the newer version just pukes and says no data, even though I can look on the data card and see the files.
Due to the vagaries of insurance and former employers, I am 100% on my own with this, any DME support I need is cash and carry, so I would like to fix this myself, if possible. I did notice there is an entry in the properties.txt file that says:
FirstDate=1314104968
LastDate=3824280
That seems odd even if it's a code. I downloaded the clinician manual but I don't see a reference on how to set the time. Help?
Remstar Pro date wrong.

Dear barrysuperhawk,
I agree with Wulfman. Accurate Biomed Systems updated my PSR1 firmware for $65 plus shipping. The clock is reset as part of that process.
Has your machine been logging errors? Look on the SD card for an "e" folder and that will let you know. The .004 files will exist for the dates the machine logged issues.
