I haven't been able to find out what the reading on my bilevel ASV mean: SW; BID; VID; RID; HID

Check out CPAP Wiki at the top of the page. Good info there. Also, do a search... you may find the answers you are looking for.

Not sure what most of them are but I believe SW is software version and the others are some sort of code for the inner workings of the machine. They are unrelated to your own particular results whatever that might be.
So software and firmware codes.
