There are multiple online and valid resources for those interested in this subject area. Wikipedia and Google Scholar are two of them where you can find valuable and current information.

I haven't noticed an increase or decrease in my sex drive after being on CPAP. Being less tired probably helps though. I'm also younger so maybe I wouldn't notice the difference as much as older people.

As for actually having sex with CPAP, I haven't found it to be a deterrent. It is annoying when you want to sleep over at someone's place and need to lug around your machine, but the women I date tend to be open-minded and no one has been turned off that I need to sleep with a mask. I think it just requires a little communication with the people involved.

It turns out that golfers whose apnea was treated with cpap
tended to have fewer strokes than those who were not treated.
They specified strokes with a club, but those in the brain are the worst.
I have definitely had fewer strokes since starting Cpap. Reread the article, are we talking golfing or sex? I still have a high score in golf. Trying to convince my wife that was a Cpap Darth Vader wore, no luck so far.

Give them a choice, do they want to hear snoring or sleep with a fighter pilot (tip, you need a full face mask for this, hard to pull off wit pillows)
