Great News! Best string of nights yet

Post by tbhit » Mon Feb 18, 2013 2:42 pm

Hey,

Just wanted to share with you all the great news of my progress. For the first few weeks my AHI had hovered around the 3.5-4 area and my mask leak rate had been flirting with 15 l. I am happy to report that my AHI has averaged around 1.6 or less the past few nights, with leaks being minimized to 5-7 l. I know the normal advice with the Quattro FX is "loose is better." I actually found that tightening the mask helped lower my numbers and get me better sleep. It all started with this that first night:

tbhit,

Congratulations on your improvement in your PAP therapy! May the short string of good nights turn into a long string of months of good nights .

Fantastic news.

It is amazing at how we have to figure out what works for us and that many times, it may be different from most people.
