You may want to try applying a very light coat of Lansinoh (a lanolin product used by breast feeding women). When applied very lightly is it kind of sticky and keeps the pillows in place. A heavy coat by the way will act as a lubricant and make them slip all over the place.

I think what is happening is that you are finally used to your mask and you are bumping it when you move and causing the seal to break.

No, not real bad at all. Actually quite acceptable unless it woke you up often during the night. Any leak that disturbs sleep is unwanted because it disturbs sleep (even a tiny leak) and not because it impacts therapy.

All it means is that for 95% of the time the leak was AT OR BELOW 16 L/min. People tend to forget the OR BELOW part and panic.

Besides 24 L/min is no man's land large leak starting area and even then the OR BELOW comes into the picture.
I had a 22 L/min 95% number the other day but when I looked at the actual report I had single 30 minute block where I bounced around between 25 and 29 L/min. Out of 8 hours of sleep...not worth worrying about.

My vote is for the Lansinoh approach. It really helps keep stuff in place, but like Tino said, too much will have the opposite effect.
