First night:thanks so much for ......

Post by reffus1881 » Fri Feb 03, 2012 3:07 pm

Hi all,
everyone that shared with me the last 31 days. It has been so helpful. I did my homework like you suggested and it paid off immensely. First a Dme would not answer my questions and tried to rent me a machine when my insurance co said they would pay 85%. They wouldn't answer a simple question. I asked what make and model machine were they going rent me and they wouldn't tell me. So i fired them. Then on to a new DME. They put me on a Res Med S9 Elite with Heated Humidifier from the get go. I knew this was good ,but only because of what i learned on here. Last night was hard but it wasn't a surprise. Thanks so very much.

It will get easier with time. Some people adjust over night to having all this stuff attached to our faces and others it can take a bit of time. Mask comfort and fit seem to be the biggest hurdle for a lot of people.
Just don't give up and don't get discouraged. There will be bumps along the way but it will get easier.
