I have a PR Auto machine and use Encore Viewer. I put the SD card into my computer every few weeks now ( I was doing it every day and it was becoming a bit of an obsession). I put it back into the machine and then usually leave it in the computer until next time when I put it back into the machine etc..
Last week when I put it into the machine it would not read and said there was an error. I told my local supplier and they gave me a new card. I put that into machine and all seemed OK.
I downloaded the report today and all days after the last successful download (with old card) are blank and say "no therapy data available". This message covers time with old card and now time with new card.
The supplier is not open for another week and I just wondered if I have lost all data for that period? Is there something I need to be doing??
Would appreciate any assistance as I have been experimenting with a new mask and would like to look at the data.

Mine has done that several times.I just add a new user and it will download all the info to it. Don't know why it acts up like that but this work around always works for me.
My wife took the system1 away from me and put me on the intellipap.

Thank you very much for the advice - it worked perfectly and I can now see all data.
