Why can't I see data from the SD card?

I've used the CPAP machine for two nights and I'm trying to import the data from the SD card into the SleepyHead software. The 2g card shows as blank... With this message:
Couldn't find any machine data at this location. I'm concerned that my usage isn't being tracked so that when I go in for my 30 day check up, they won't see any data and be able to adjust the settings... Help!

I have checked to make sure it is put in all the way and the CPAP machine is recognizing it. I'm not a novice to computers and software technology. I work in IT; although I obviously don't know everything.

Are you choosing the correct driver? maybe sleepyhead is trying to read in wrong place.

you need to pick the card as the folder - not any of the files on the card

are you sure the card is blank? there should be some files on the card - what are they??
