Help with the DeVilbis Smart Link software

I love my new-ish IntelliPAP but I'm finding this software VERY frustrating. Can someone help me? I have looked at both the quick start & help. I've put in my patient information, device info, linked them & downloaded my data. However I can't seem find me (done searches, I can see me listed but I can't open it) let alone run a report on my data.


It makes me long for the Encore software on my old Remstar.

Yes, that blue eyed beauty is my cat! He is a seal point, bi-color Ragdoll. I adopted him in '08 from folks who could no longer care for him. He is a joy and makes me smile each and every day.
