Encore Viewer 2.0 problem

I cannot change the date range for the reports. When I plug in the data card it says 'corrupt file and is unreadable". The lastest it will go is Feb. 28th. Is this a problem with the dates or do you think my data card is bad?

Does the error message pop up when you are attempting to download data from the card?

Or does it occur AFTER you've successfully downloaded the data and are trying to generate the report?

I just got back from the DME, it was a bad data card. I am glad it was that and not the software. The error would pop up when I tried to download the data card.

So I have been downloading the new data card and the reports not go past Feb. 28th. It downloads from the card fine(which was the problem before) yet it will not go past the 28th. Is there a date reset in the software some where? On the main page it says it is downloading to the 11th but it does not. Maybe another bad data card? Maybe something wrong with my cpap machine?

I have or had Encore Viewer 1.0. I had to change the calendar each time I wanted the latest report. Not sure how Viewer 2.0 works. Do you have 2 calendars to choose from for the dates of the reports? It would only give me 7 days worth of detailed reports. Example might be Jan 1 through Jan 7. If I wanted Feb 26 into March I would have to change the monthly calendar. Feb 26 through March 5. I don't know if they kept it this way with 2.0. I don't have Viewer 2.0 to compare or see if there is something in the software. I doubt it is your cpap machine. I am betting something somewhere in the software since you have a new data card.

Can you advance the monthly calendar(s)? forward or backwards?

Viewer won't let you change the date unless there is data there to look at. If your card was bad and did not download any data Viewer won't let you change the date until there is data there that it can see.

It has the correct dates in the calander, says it downloaded correctly, yet it still only goes to Feb. 28th. I am guessing that I got another bad data card.

I am not familiar with the new PR S1 machines data card since I have older machine. Are the data cards special in anyway? Odd that there would be 2 bad ones back to back. Maybe from same lot???

I don't think they are any different. I am just going to have to try another one I guess.
