hi i have a bipap need to know how to unlock settings to increase pre help can this be done

I found out how to do mine by doing a Google search and it turned up on Wikipedia. But perhaps if you post exactly what machine you have, the manufacturer and model, someone who has that machine would know and be able to tell you.

It's good to go into your profile and select your machine that way, then it shows up on your posts. You can find your profile settings under 'User Control Panel' near the top of the page on the left hand side.
