Ebay continues to sell many medical devices that have the same restrictions as XPAP and accessories.
I still contens they do not require a RX to sell, but an ORDER to set pressure.

Yahoo auctions seem to be wide open on XPAP etc.
I am not sure why they have not been pressured to d/c sales.

I think cpap.com is an excellent site. I bought a Breeze there.

I saw one on eBay last week, (Resmed, C-flex Pro with everything). Their gimmick was that they were only selling the "User Manual", for $600. But whoever bought the manual could have all the rest of the listed equipment for FREE! clever dodge. It was gone the next day. Not sure if it was sold, or if eBay pulled it. I'm not sure this ruse would get past the FDA, I seriously doubt it. Are these things actually regulated so closely? Seems pretty silly.

He who dies with the most masks wins.

One way to be a bit sneaky with e-bay is to carefully monitor new listings and e-mail the lister BEFORE it is pulled.
If the person emails you back you will have his e-mail address.
When it is pulled, you are free to make a private deal with the person listing it.
Sometimes the listing stays up a few days before it is yanked.

Just woke up with something coming on. Air coming into my right nostril feel like a hot fire poker. Not much fun since I CANNOT sleep w/o my PAP.thinking about clogging my right nostril with a kleenex and seeing if that will work.
Let you know later
