PM Question

PM Question

When I try to send a PM it stays in my outbox, and doesn't get sent. I've looked for a "send" button, but can't find a way to send it. It just stays in my outbox.
Sorry for the stupid question, but am I missing something?

It stays in your Outbox until the recipient opens it, then it gets moved to "sent messages".
