Does anyone know how to clear the "Setup Required/Contact Provider" error when using a Smartlink module? This error shows up when I put the Smartlink module currently in use on my machine, on a friend's Intellipap; when it is placed on the new machine the screen has that error with instructions to "contact your provider for instructions on how to resolve the issue".

That data on the card is conflicting with the new machine. When you see the error, hold down the down arrow button for 10 seconds, until the error message goes away. In doing so, you erase the card and start over.
