AHI

Post by Bawstin » Fri Jun 25, 2010 10:04 am

Hi all! I'm getting very used to my Cpap, feeling less tired though the day YEAH!
But I do have a problem that I don't understand~~How can I get my AHI down? Any tips? I really don't know much about this.
Also when I put my reader card into my computer nothing comes up? Do I need special software?
Thanks all! I just love coming here to read, great info!!!

Can you post your AHI and other statistics that are available via the LCD?

You need software to read and display the SD card data: ResScan Version 3.10 or 3.11. Someone on the forum should be able to provide you with a link on how to get it.

First thing you have to do is make certain you don't have any system leaks ... if you do fix those first.

Once leaks are under control, you can adjust pressure until you get the lowest AHI numbers.

Yes. Software helps diagnose certain issues (like leaks and sleep positional effects) and also guides your pressure adjustments.

My AHI runs between 4.5(once) & 12.8 Everyday is a different number.
Ok so I do need software to read card. That would be great if I could get a link to the software.
Thank you both!

Anyone have a link for the 3.11 software? I'd like to upgrade. Thank you!
