um, could it just be really dry skin? I get that sometimes too with the mask and the air. I put a dab of chapstick on the tip of my nose and it keeps the air from tickling/itching it. I know that feeling! soooo irritating!

I'll try using a moisturizing cream tonight to see if it helps me not wake up. I haven't noticed my skin being excessively dry, but it can't hurt to try. Thanks for the suggestion!

No difference with the moisturizing cream, but I do appreciate the suggestion. I called my DME today, and asked if they carried the Oracle HC452 oral mask. They do, and are shipping me one Monday. They don't call me for followups, but if I call them I can at least get competent help.

I specifically use the chapstick because it's a bit thicker and leaves a slight protective film , I'm not sure if moisturing cream would do that.

Good luck with the oracle!
