What Respironics monitoring software is compatible with new System One? Thanks...I have not posted in a long time but am still out here. I am thinking about buying one to get the additional information claimed by Respironics. If you prefer to send information by email, please reply to me and I will send you an email.
Thanks

Re: PR System One Monitoring Software
Does anyone know where to get Encore Pro 2? My DME uses the Encore Anywhere Web App.

Re: PR System One Monitoring Software
I, too, am looking looking for the same. I was told that I was getting the PR system one as an upgrade so that I could monitor (myself) the events such as leaks etc on a daily basis. Turns out I was misinformed.
The sleep center doesn't even know all the particulars but it looks as thought the software is only available to DME's. They told me that I could mail in my card for them to download as often as I want. Hmm... everyday?? I thought that Encoreviewer would work with this and that is a no go. Also told that any viewer will only work on 32bit OS systems and the vendors are not planning on upgrading the software. So I could get the older M series pro and and get encore viewer and put on a laptop that I was planning to upgrade to Win 7 and just leave XP on it and never plan on upgrading or go with the PR system one that basically leaves the patient out of day to day viewing/monitoring of sleep apnea events.

Re: PR System One Monitoring Software
gclausen, Well they did not totaly misinform you. You can monitor AHI/leaks (major)/90% for the past 7 or 30 days average on the LCD. Your DME has to enable those features or you have to know how to get in to the DME set up mode. Then you could reset the data daily if you wanted and plot your results in excel or some other program to get long term trending graphs (time consuming). What I've done is I just use my older Pro once in a while for a week with the smart card/Encore 1.8 to validate/tweak then I set the PR1 and forget about it.

Re: PR System One Monitoring Software
I got the following response from Philips Respironics on Dec. 22:
"Thank you for purchasing a Philips Respironics unit. The patient software for the System One line will not be released until the beginning of 2010. You will be able to purchase it through your equipment provider.
Thank you,
Patient Information Services
Philips Home Healthcare Solutions"
I haven't heard anything about the patient software being released yet, and I haven't figured out how to access any data directly on my machine. I don't see anything useful in the "Info" section. Does anybody know if I have to go through my DME provider to set up data access?
