i got a PR system 1 remstar auto cpap machine a month ago-had ordered another older model of memstar and Mar at cpapusa told me of this machine and how they discontunued other one so i got it--- but after tons of checking and calling company--the software is not coming out till sometime in Jan 2010 for us folks--even the owner of cpapusa didnt know that--so if any one knows any different-please tell me and thank you very much

Yeah download and install windows xp virtual and install it then download and install windows virtual machine. That's the only way to get it to run even on a brand new clean install on a new hard drive. The data migration tool sucks too. The data migration tool runs slow and kept crashing, perhaps a reinstall or some tweaking.

The above requires Windows 7 Professional, Ultimate, or Enterprise versions, and hardware that is VT capable (See linked list below).

Users of other Windows operating can likely succeed by installing a Vmware virtual machine in which to install XP and EncorePro2.

Has there been any new developments on this subject, a number of people said it was available to the DME's.

Encore Viewer is your only 'legal' option.
