I looked at the website billmyinsurance.com and again, no HR's. What is it with this mask? No one is wanting to handle it on line.

Everything was Reperonics and ResMed.

This is becoming very upsetting to me.

My DME I know will not work with me on a different mask after I emailed them and told them that I need a smaller Hans Rudolph because the small is still to big and that I needed a petite. Thr DME never got back in touch with me.

I just did a Google search to see what dealers handle the Hans Rudolph line of masks. There was one dealer listed; cpapman.com. I did not look to see the various DME listings that the Hans Rudolph Company's has though.

HR's work on a very low percentage of users. Online stores want to sell masks that will give their customers the best chance of fitting and that move in quantites that make sense in terms of warehouse stocking.

You may put a call through to cpap.com and see if they'll order it for you, but I doubt BMI or DME's would carry it.

I am needing a DME that will take and handle Medicare and Humana.
The Humana is my husband's insurance.
