Kudos to Padacheek!!

Post by mdbarthe » Thu Feb 26, 2009 11:44 am

I've been reading alot on here about Padacheek products. I've always had a sore, red indentation on the bridge of my nose since I started my CPAP therapy 2 years ago. I require a FFM and, despite the effort of continually trying to adjust my headgear so the mask is as loose as possible around my nose yet minimize leaks, it has been a hastle.

I decided last week to try Padacheek. I'd been placing a non-stick bandage on my forehead every night to relieve a skin rash I developed from the latex forehead pad and I have used a flexible bandaid across the bridge of my nose from time to time. Also fought deep, red strap marks on the back of my neck for several hours after I got up each morning.

I ordered the forehead pad -nose bridge cover combination along with the high neck strap cover from Padacheek.com. I had the products within three days of the order. They were easy to install, good quality and very comfortable.

I used them for the first time last night. I woke this morning and there was no marks on my nose, it wasn't sore, I no longer need to spend money on non-stick bandages for my forehead, and there were no strap marks on the back of my neck. This is a great product that is accompanied by great service.

I encourage anyone who is fighting a sore nose bridge to spend the money and order the Padacheek device appropriate for their mask.

I agree. The nose protector has kept my bridge from being a huge sore spot. I highly recommend it.

And, Karen, if you are reading this, I'm taking your card with me to the AWAKE meeting tonight and passing out your information.
