Unfortunately, the DS 200 is not data-capable.....it's the Plus Model.

To all the great people who took the time and trouble to consider my questions and reply on this thread, let me once again say thank you. The order has been placed and now I'm just praying that insurance does reimburse as they said they would . I don't know if this'll be the Holy Grail, but thanks to everyone's help it ought to be close.

Now the real questions start...

You may have just clarified something I had not realized before, but, from the chart you linked to, I gather the M series (e.g. DS200) is still called a REMstar machine & non just an 'M-series' machine.

Is this correct ?

I dunno.......? Kinda looks that way from their listing.

However, in their alphabetical listing of products:

That listing is pretty clear - they are all REMstar products - maybe Philips had a role in it ?
