Does the machine increase oxygen levels??

I would guess, if it did any good for anyone without apnea. They would have a ban on it as well.
Even if it was able to raise his o2, his body would breathe less often or shallower, to balance the co2/o2

Well, you posted about this in 2008 and now you are getting some answers. Maybe it takes your son 10 years to run cross country, and he can still get some benefit out of these fine answers?
