How do I Reset the AVG AHI Reading to see nightly reading?

How do I Reset the AVG AHI Reading to see nightly reading?

I recently changed my Min.cm setting and would like to see my nightly AHI readings. Do I just have reset the AVG reading? If so, how do I reset? I cannot find any information on this in the User Manual.
