New CPAP Machine

My current cpap is the Remstar plus m series with c flex which was purchased a few years ago. I have been having issues with it since the beginning. Currently my Insurance possible will authorize a purchase for a new machine due to the problems I am having. I am not yet fully educated on the cpaps, I was scammed by the last purchase from my old doctor (very dishonest) What is the best machine for me to purchase that will give me the best options & value for the money. I hope I am not bringing up a common issue. Thank You

Remstar M series AUTO w/ A-FLEX is the best machine IMO.

President-pretender, J. Biden, said "the DNC has built the largest voter fraud organization in US history". Too bad they didn’t build the smartest voter fraud organization and got caught.

Yep, I agree--the M Series Auto w/AFLEX is a dream machine!
