mouthtaping success

Post by Eleena » Tue Feb 12, 2008 10:44 am

A few weeks ago I was puzzled as to why after 5 months of feeling better than I have in years. I was feeling so tired again. My numbers didn't show anything different except maybe leak rate a little high. Through suggestions on this forum, I started mouthtaping. Wow! I feel great again. Leak rate is down now that my big yap is shut all night. I was a little afraid of taping at first but quickly adjusted. Just wanted to thank everyone for your help. I hope that one day I will be able to help others as you have.

Hi Missy,
I'd been wondering how you're doing - I'm so glad you're feeling well again. Thanks for reporting.

I realize it must have taken some courage for you to decide to tape!

O.
