RemStar C-Flex Plus

My future husband has a RemStar C-Flex Plus CPAP and today he wanted to order new head gear and a mask plus a hose. His hose is 6 foot long, the mask and head gear are not to his liking either.

I told him about CPAP.com, but he would need help and so would I on trying to figure out if Humana would cover this or not, plus I would need all the numbers to send in for the insurance to cover.

This whole thing stems from a DME that does not stock or sell what my intended is needing. He even asked for a catalog and they would not even supply that. Go figure.
