Encore Viewer Error Message

Post by wawasteele » Tue Jan 15, 2008 4:02 pm

I have Encore Viewer running on Vista Home Premium. When I try to run a report I frequently receive the error message, "An entry with this same key already exists."

I have searched the forum but have been unable to find an answer.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,

YEP!!!

Delete your user name and re-input your name and then try it again. It should work. (you'll have to go through the download again)

I get that message frequently and that's the way I found to get around it.

Do you have CutePDF writer installed to save your reports to a .pdf file?

Since there is no particular database and it keeps accumulating it's own files in a directory, you'll want to clean them out occasionally, too. They're typically larger than 1 MB and will start eating up your hard drive space. As long as you have your .pdf printout, that's all you'll need to really keep.

Thank you Den. It does work now, but it is frustrating! When I get around to it, I want to call Respironics and find out why. When and if I ever do that, I will post back with what they have to say.

And yes, I do have CutePDF.

Thanks again,

Wanda
