MyEncore software patch

what is it ? where can I get it ?

What Version of Encore Pro do you have? You might need to go to http://www.windowsupdate.com and get the framework update and if that's not what you need, try to see if it gives you the option on the Encore Pro to update it! I hope someone else will jump in and help you that know's more about it, seems to me when I downloaded the program it automatically updated it for me then I had to go and get the windows update! Goodluck!

Unless you are running an old version of Encore Pro and I can't remember what the cut off version was MyEncore won't work. I think 1.6i and 1.8i require James Skinners Pro Analyzer which has replaced MyEncore.

Your profile shows that you have the Legacy ("Tank") model of the REMstar Auto. If you have Encore Pro version 1.6 (or the earlier 1.5) you can download this version of MyEncore (1.5B7). If you have the EP 1.4 version there was also a 1.04 version of MyEncore.

I have and use both......and there's virtually no difference in those versions of Encore Pro and MyEncore.

If you're using a Encore Pro version higher than 1.6 or a REMstar M Series machine, you're S.O.L. with being able to use MyEncore. You'll have to use Encore Pro Analyzer from James Skinner.....which is also an excellent program.
