Snamvar
Keep a close eye on potential side effects of paxil. I was put on paxil 4 or 5 years ago and after a period of a few months I started finding myself grinding my teeth like crazy, getting wired up like I was on amphetamines. My sex life was completely in the ditch-couldn't get aroused at all. It got to where I was unable to sleep at all except in 20-30 min. shots. This all came on kind of gradual so It was a while before I was fully aware. After being switched to prozac all has been good on that front. I'm sure we all react different to the same medications but It is definatly something to keep an eye on.

You CAN make it over the hump--hopefully it will be sooner rather than later
