Is it worth moving from Resmed Autoset 10 to 11?

You may or may not do well with the for Her mode...a lot depends on pressure needs. It doesn't do well at pressures above around 12 cm.

BUT...it's nice to have those options available to at least try and see how you do with either or both.

The water reservoir can be filled without opening the clamshell. Just take it out, hold it with the ports up, and pour water into the exhaust port until full to where the chamber changes size.
