What about my charts indicates the possibility of central hypopnea...
Frankly, it's a WAG. We got no effort belts (that would indicate an attempt to breath); no FL data cause of the mode you're in; but a resuscitative breathing phase that doesn't appear as strong as it should be were it obstructive, especially since it could be contaminated by PS (Level of Evidence: kinda sucky}.
and what is the significant difference between the two forms of hypopnea?
Obstructive hypopnea gets better with PS. Central hypopnea (probably) gets worse.

Thanks Rubicon. I just ordered it. But, I just noticed it says "free app & pc reports". Do you know if this will work with my MAC?
Any help greatly appreciated! NOT GIVING UP AGAIN

Ya know, I've been telling my husband that his need to have the TV on so he can fall asleep while we sleep may help him but it doesn't help me. Once he is in a deep sleep, I usually have to get up and at least turn the volume off. I don't consciously hear it, but I have always thought that my subconscious could.
Definitely something to work out between us.

A number of cups of coffee in the very early morning. Rarely soda after 7 pm unless I'm working the 3-11 pm shift but then I usually don't go to bed until 1 ish.

VERY INTERESTING. I do drink my coffee at about 3am to 9am approximately. As for the soda, it is only one can, lately maybe once a week that it would be after 7pm. I am sensitive to many substances though, so this may be an area of attention for me.
