FlashAir WS-04 + DreamStation 2 - Compatible and working?
Just received my DreamStation II replacement and wondered if anyone is successfully using the Toshiba FlashAir W-04 to retrieve Data via their PC? It had been working for me on my old System One when it cooperated, but then it just got flaky.... Before I spend hours trying to get it working with this new CPAP, I'm hoping others have already blazed this trail.....

I use the FlashAir WS-04, but not with a DreamStation, with a ResMed Air10.
Unfortunately, finding forum support is becoming increasingly difficult/non-existent.
Unfortunately, finding forum support is becoming increasingly difficult/non-existent.
- FlashAir is out of production and the number of active users is dwindling
- Many existing users are dependent on Utilities ( Sleep Master and FlashPAP) for moving the data from the FlashAir to their PC. Both these utilities are written in Java and both Mac and Windows support for Java has created issues for Java apps.
- Sleep Master, which is what I use is no longer in support. The author died a couple years ago.
- FlashPAP doesn't appear to be in support either
- Sleep Master only appears to work with devices that are directly listed, and doesn't include the DreamStation 2
- I'm not sure if FlashPAP works with the DS2, but judging from the topics on ApneaBoard, I doubt it.
- As mentioned, the FlahAir users is small, but the combination FlashAir / DS2 users is really small. Because of the recall, and Philips encryption applied to the DS2, almost all of the self-managing community moved away from Philips.

Re: FlashAir WS-04 + DreamStation 2 - Compatible and working?
Thanks DS....
In the interim of your Reply I gave it a try.... but this time I did not use the Auto Setup Procedure for the Card.... I used a template that others provided. FlashPAp only lists the one Respironics Device... my Old System One. Nothing to lose so I used that and miraculously ... it worked! Interestingly I had set it up on my "main" Wi-Fi Network, as I use a separate Network for my IoT Devices for Security. I then went back into the Card and replaced them with the IoT Network and it would not connect. Did that 4+ times... No Joy... Not sure what that's all about and went back to my main network and its working again. I'll live with it for the moment until I want to try to determine the issue.
Again thanks for the update and now I know its all non-supported.
I have not added any new Data to the Card so if it fails to work when I check it tomorrow, I'll post back.
But for anyone who has a W-04 Card (or -03) and a DS2, its operational... just choose whatever Respironics Device is available in the dropdown in FlashPaP.
