New back strap design Dreamwear cushion interface

Phillips are now shipping the interface with a quite different back strap

Appears to be an attempt to get strap below occipital hump on back of head, without changing mold for the 'frame' whose tabs it attaches to.

Problems:
- rigid ends of strap can break off
- hook-loop adjustment straps are chintzy narrow so wear out quickly
