Oscar shows session data but no graph
What causes this? After months of flawless recording, I have been these results randomly for the last few weeks
The Daily view shows the session data in the lower left corner of the left sidebar (see image and sidebar info below) but there is no graph.
If there is no data, Oscar displays: "Nothing's Here!" in the left sidebar.

Re: Oscar shows session data but no graph
Have you tried uninstalling OSCAR and reloading it? You can keep the same data files.

Re: Oscar shows session data but no graph
Yesterday, I tried to process my SD card, and the last week of data was missing. I noticed the reader was very loose in the USB slot. I moved the reader to a different USB slot, and that missing data showed up.
I have narrowed this down to one of three things: A worn SD card, even though it has been in use only six months and has used only 349 Mb of 29.2Gb. A defective reader or a faulty USB slot.
Moving the reader to a different USB slot seems to solve the problem, but out an abundance of caution, I will replace the reader and the card.
I must be the only person in the whole CPAP talk world to have experienced this.

OSCAR can't read data that is not recorded to the card.Whiskey-Romeo wrote: ↑Fri Oct 21, 2022 7:16 amYesterday, I tried to process my SD card, and the last week of data was missing. So the question is why that data did not get written to the card in the first place.
Your machine stores the summary data on board and it will write that data to the SD card any time an SD card is inserted if that data is not already on the card. Sometimes you can get missing detailed data if the SD card is not fully inserted or properly seated in the xPAP's SD card slot. But usually when this happens, a person notices that they didn't insert the card fully when they go to yank the card out of the xPAP, and so they'll insert it fully, let the machine write the data, and then yank the card.
Any chance something like that happened?

I re-inserted the card to make sure it was in tight and still no data, which led me suspect the card and the card reader. As previously stated, moving the card reader resulted in successful read. The mystery that started all this is in my original post.robysue1 wrote: ↑Fri Oct 21, 2022 7:30 am

There was evidence in the lower left pane like below but no graph. This information would not be there unless the card was read.

Occam's Razor: The simplest explanation is preferable.Whiskey-Romeo wrote: ↑Fri Oct 21, 2022 7:16 amI noticed the reader was very loose in the USB slot. I moved the reader to a different USB slot, and that missing data showed up.
In this case, the simplest explanation is that one of your USB slots is defective. More trials may reveal the actual problem.

When I had my issue with the sd card there were nights I didn’t have the shit chip in correctly and got no data at all.Whiskey-Romeo wrote: ↑Fri Oct 21, 2022 1:18 pmI re-inserted the card to make sure it was in tight and still no data, which led me suspect the card and the card reader. When I got proper chip but didn’t position it correctly in machine, I got no graphs only stats. When I finally positioned it correctly it’s like it gathered everything that was saved on the machine.
I don’t use oscar though I use sleephq but perhaps it helps anyway.
Sounds sorta like the reader/sd interface is your likely issue.
