Solution to CPAP Induced Burping
I did a search and saw there have been a few threads by others regarding burping caused by CPAP use. Has anyone ever come across a good solution to resolve this? I've noticed that when my pressure hits about 10 I'll start getting air in my stomach and will start burping. It wakes me up and really the only way I can get it stop is to stop the machine and start it again so it goes back to the starting pressure, which I have set to 8.6. I have found that elevating my head by stacking up pillows helps, but doesn't always completely stop it from happening.
Thoughts?

I found that sleeping on my left side prevents the air from getting trapped.
Kind of like turning a p-trap sideways.

Do share with your mate so they can enjoy it to, if it made you laugh.
Nobody wants to miss all the fun.

We have been making each other giggle for over 54 years.

The other night I tried the Bleep for the first time. I had the adhesives on with the little plastic tubes sticking out. My partner was slowly moving fingers towards the openings and I let out a shriek/alarmed noise (not super loud).
It surprised so much there was a subsequent shriek from partner.
I busted out laughing and got, "why did you do that?" I said-to freak you out. lol we laughed hard the rest of the night over that one. (guess you had to be there?)
