I am having massive amounts of oxygen denaturation at night while using my Dream Station 2 roughly 1 every 2 weeks. I hope Oscar Dream Station 2 Support will provide better insight once it is available. Both nights I used the Dream Station 2. I have several nights where I have shorter periods of having these drops (with these the frequency becomes 1-2 nights per week) . In general I have noticed if I have 10+ drops on the wellvue it will be either before or after a migraine but not every migraine day. Consequently these two nights I have been excited/nervous from something the next day. I turned the alerts off on my ring as of last week for now. Can anyone provide any insight into this data?

Re: Oxygen de saturations while on CPAP
I see nothing in your o2 report to worry about. O2 isn't usually considered a problem till it is under 88 and not for short periods of several seconds. I have COPD and use oxygen every night sleeping and during the day if needed. Pulmonologist told me as long as my O2 was 88 or above not to worry about it.lvmickey wrote: ↑Sat Aug 07, 2021 8:05 amI am having massive amounts of oxygen denaturation at night while using my Dream Station 2 roughly 1 every 2 weeks. Re: Oxygen de saturations while on CPAP
The color-coding is unfortunate. As KLM says, there's nothing to worry about. During the day, normal O2 sats are in the 94 to 100 range. (That's probably what the color-coding is set to.) But O2 sats are lower during sleep, and the 90 to 100 range is considered normal. Only with sustained periods of time at 88 or 89 or lower would there be a potential problem.
The brief downward spikes probably indicate a momentary loss of contact with the device. The correlations with migraines that you describe seem pretty loose, but migraines are certainly worth discussing with your doctor in any case, if you haven't already done that.
Definitely keep the alerts turned off. You are not in danger, and you don't need another source of sleep disruption!
