I wear a full face mask and run pressure at 14 per sleep MD, where they found I slept without apneas. I originally used a nasal mask and taped my mouth, but with my mouth inside now I find I am mouth breathing. Is that cool or should I still tape my mouth and only breathe thru the nose. Any ideas?
John

I would not tape your mouth ever. It always runs the risk or aspiration.
If you are using a full face mask It does not matter if you breathe through your nose or mouth.
Make sure it fits good and is comfortable and you will be good to go
