I use a chin strap as well which I was hoping that the taping would suffice.

I don't like the price of that. I also find that during the night I tend to build up some moisture that causes that at times to leak at the corner of my mouth. I am wondering if the temp or humidity needs adjusting? The current settings are

While I can't be sure, I think warp3456 was addressing his comment to another poster who does show a full face mask in his equipment profile.

Does this negate the use of taping the mouth? That would be great if so?zonker wrote: ↑Wed Apr 01, 2020 1:52 pmyou can, if you like, try this-golfgame wrote: ↑Wed Apr 01, 2020 12:50 pmI am a terrible mouth breather! i've been using jay's method, slightly hacked, for years and it's helped tremendously.
i also use a firm foam cervical collar.
i attribute both of these things with helping me lower my overall ahi.
good luck!

So far the Scunis have not worked for me. Do you use them doubled up?zonker wrote: ↑Tue Apr 07, 2020 11:39 amyes, please. i want to know even if it doesn't work for you. so far, it seems to work for more people than it doesn't.

oh, sorry it didn't work "out of the box". yeah, i've had to modify jay's method a bit. somewhere around here, i have a picture of me in the rig.
i use two scunicis. one goes up over the back of my head as jay describes. the other is slightly smaller and goes around the back of my neck. i then use two thin elastic bands(also scunci brand) over the hairbands, one so that it fits across my top lip, the other around my bottom. both of these circle the back of my neck.Dog Slobber wrote: ↑Mon May 25, 2020 7:11 pm
