Results After 1 Week - Suggestions for Improvement?
Here is my sleepy head graph after 1 week. I upped my minimum pressure to 6 after the second day based on suggestions from people here. Since I'm new at this, I'm soliciting opinions/suggestions for further improvement. Hope this works.

So in general how are you feeling and sleeping?
Are you having very many wake ups during the night or sleeping fairly soundly for the most part?
If you are sleeping soundly for the most part I think I would try a little more minimum pressure.
If you are waking often and spending much time awake with mask and machine on then some of those flagged events might be awake breathing flagged by mistake and those don't count. I would try to figure out why the wake ups if that's the case.

Good questions for me to address.
I believe I am feeling better. I don't seem to be as tires in the afternoons as I used to be. As far as sleeping soundly, it varies. I don't have trouble falling asleep and usually sleep about four hours and then wake up. It seems I toss and turn for the rest of the night, although last night, which this graph came from, I think I must have fallen back asleep as I was completely surprised when the alarm went off - usually, I'm counting the minutes until it goes off.
One thing I have noticed, although I'm doing really well at breathing through my nose, I periodically feel the need for more air, so I take a really deep breath-through my mouth. I do this when I'm awake so I assume I'm doing this in my sleep also. Would this flag as periodic breathing?
I've considered upping the minimum pressure but I wanted to solicit opinions on my results from the experts on this forum before going that next step.
Thank-you ever so much for your feedback.

Your numbers are so close together, you might try..a fixed pressure of 7.0-7.5.

Periodic Breathing by definition is a waxing and waning of the air flow that lasts at least 2 minutes.
So I don't think that a couple of big breaths through the mouth would cause it.
You can zoom in on the PB breathing. I don't think it is anything alarming but you can zoom in and see if it looks like this below or not.
If it looks like this it is what I call boring PB and means nothing especially when there aren't a bunch of centrals flagged in the middle of it.
There is no urgent need to change anything at this time. It's only been a week now and you might see things settle down even more with simply more time getting used to all this stuff.
