Newbie introduction

Post by Flyfisherman69 » Tue Jul 04, 2017 12:16 pm

New guy here. I'm 48 years old and was diagnosed with severe sleep apnea several weeks ago. I had been dealing with severe tiredness in the morning to the point I was having an extremely hard time getting up in the morning. I was also waking up with bad headaches. I have started with a CPAP machine called a Dream Station and a full face mask. It was hard to use the first couple of nights but two weeks in I'm getting better and can leave it on most of the night. I'm slowly starting to feel less tierd. The biggest improvement had been no more morning head aches sense I've started the CPAP therapy. I've downloaded the Dream Maker app to my phone to start tracking my progress.

I've been reading posts here the last week or so and there is a ton of valuable info. Still trying to learn all the terms and comments. I hope to learn alot from this form and one day be able to contribute.

Thanks,

Mark

Welcome to the forum. You can find a lot of help here. You will also find a lot of bickering and snarky remarks. If you can overlook these, you can learn a lot.
the bickering and snarky remarks have increased quite a bit in the last three months, so be forewarned.
