Hi,
I am on CPAP and my husband is going for a sleep study. I am fairly sure he will be diagnosed as well. Any other husband and wife teams out there?
He is so sweet. When I asked him if I looked like an alien, he said, "You look like an astronaut." What a sweet and positive thing to say!
Any His and Hers out there?

His and hers...
heheh...cute, Fools Gold.
Yes, that was a very sweet thing for your husband to say, Suserbec.
I read a post once about a husband and wife (each having his/her own machine) going on a vacation where one machine broke down. The husband went to a hardware store, got a PVC "T" connection, and both hooked up to the same machine for the duration of the vacation. I thought that was a pretty resourceful solution.

His & Hers
My husband and I both have CPAPs. He has had his for almost four years and I have had mine for three. When the grandkids visit, we both sit up at once in the morning with our headgear on and they have quite a laugh.

I have been on a CPAP for about four years and my wife has been on one for about 10 months. The other night our son came into our room becuase he wasn't feeling well and he had never seen the both of us wearing our CPAP masks and it reallly freaked him out. When we go on vacations, both my wife and I always travel with our CPAP's.

Here is another couple with Sleep Apnea. We both have a CPAP. We call them snorks. My husband says that our CPAPs sound like dualling aquariums.
