Has anyone bought from Cpapplus.com

Post by Backdoctor » Mon Jul 31, 2006 2:09 pm

Has anyone purchased their gear here? I am looking at getting a Remstar Auto M w/Cflex from them.

Thanks.

The "parent" company of this forum is CPAP.COM.....NOT cpapplus.com.
And, YES, most of us have purchased some or all of our supplies from CPAP.COM.

CPAP.COM has the REMstar Auto M machines.

Don't know anything about cpapplus.com.

Most people here would shop here, The "M" isn't listed in their ad, but the Older unit is only $65 more than Cpap.com, and I didn't check if they had free shipping on it like cpap.cpm does. Jim

I don't know is their user support web site is any good either.

Why would you want to purchase from them when Cpap.com's price for the Remstar Auto with humidifier and hoses, bag, etc. is $65 less and just the machine is the same?

well, cpap.com seems to be on the ball. They are open long hours and people do answer the phone everytime you call.

The other site, offered a lower price, and would read the card for me and send a report. Also if the machine went down, they would supply a loaner.

Still, Cpap.com seems to be really well run and on the ball.

CPAP.com is honoring Respironics wish of not advertising the M Series until the official launch date. Other websites are not honorable.

CPAP.com has the M Series Auto's in stock shipping today and will match price against any competitor.

Yes, I spoke to them on price match. Do you work for them?

CPAP.com is the best place. I just purchased the Auto M from them and it was in my hot little hands in 72 hours. They are extremely polite over the phone and even called back when one of the additional items ended up out of stock after they took the order.

Order from cpap.com, just call them and tell them you want the new auto as it is in stock, just not listed on their site yet.

Cpap.com just can't be beat for overall product availability and customer support!
(I think their support of this forum speaks loud and clear!)
Sure means alot when you need to send something back and/or seek a replacement!

Maybe the "official launch date" arrived......?

I see their Printable Price List is a little bit "light" on the combo packages (machine & humidifier, bag, etc.).

Probably/hopefully in the process of revising it.
