transcend compliance report

Is anyone having trouble downloading their report?
There is noway the program is recognizing the machine,there are only so many ways to hook up.
One my 3rd machine, 1st wouldn't download,2nd stunk like burnt circuit board,now 3rd won't download either.
The company is no help because I live in Canada.

It's a little hard to understand what you mean about living in Canada, though if you explained a bit more, it might help us to help you (and I'm up here too using all kinds of things not made here).

What software works for Transcend?
Not SleepyHead . . .
My guess, only the Transcend software.

Thank you all for your inquires,
Julie- Vitalair is my supplier,and get the machines somewhere down East,I'm in SK.
I phoned Transcend directly about the first machine,they hummed and hawed and said it's broken return it to your supplier.
Chevie- because I am travelling......
Chunkyfrog- I'm pretty sure you are right
bill-e-I am using the supplied software, and have dowloaded Rev H.
Are any of you experiencing this problem with your machine?

My point was that you could try contacting the company directly, regardless of where you got the machine, at least if there was a contact # in those links that didn't just lead to e.g. China... I actually was set up by Vitalaire in Halifax, but not for the Transcend.
