DEVILBISS INTELLIPAP QUESTION

Post by sylvie » Fri Aug 05, 2016 1:32 pm

Hi Everyone,

I just started using my Devilbiss Intellipap travel auto, which I purchased about 3 years ago but never really used until now. In order to change the pressure, the instructions say "With the machine powered but turned off, Hold down the DOWN and DELAY buttons together and then punch the ON/OFF button" and I will then get the Clinician Menu. I do that but it just turns the machine on and I get no Clinician Menu. Anyone have this problem before or know what I should do next? The machine has only been used once or twice in the past. Thanks very much.

Hi - never had that problem, but here's what I do have, if a few yrs old. Otherwise, have you asked your DME about it?

hey, sylvie. i used to use the ol' devilbiss. and i'm not certain about the "then punch the on/off" part of that. seems to me you have to hold them all down at once and that gets you into the clinician menu.....
people say i'm self absorbed.
but that's enough about them.
