Dumb But I Don't know where to turn !!!!!!

Up until late May I was running 5 to 9 on my AHI'S with my S9 Machine. Late May I had a sleep study and my number for CPAP was 9. I got a new Dreamstation after the study and have been running from 16 to 48 on AHI. I have a good mask fit and sleep well. My machine has the capability of Auto but I was trying to go by Dr's orders. Can anyone tell me how to possibly get the AHI's down. I miss Pugsy so bad at times like these, she always had the answer. any other Dreamstation user's? Thanks for any help !!!!!!!

You need to utilize Sleepyhead and show us some data from your machine...By the way...Pugsy is back!

I have been in touch with OP privately as he is an old friend.
I will update things tomorrow once I know a little more and he gets a copy of this last sleep study.
Right now his AHI is awfully high and half of it is centrals and they are in full bloom all night long no matter what pressure is used. He sleeps soundly for the most part so I don't think we can explain them away as SWJ in this case...just way too many of the all night long.
There's a chance that his OSA has now become Complex SA.
Don't know much at this point but will know a little more later.
