Well its been a week since i got my titration results they suggested I switch to APAP with a pressure of 5 to 10 cm H2O tried that was like i couldnt catch my breath so increased it to 8 to 13 cm H2O. Titration said that most of my events were central and my AHI for that night wasn an 8. I have been on this new pressure for close to a week and my AHI has consistently been 1.2. Looking into getting a resmed p10 mask to see if the will help further.

Help WHAT further? A consistant 1.2 is fantastic.
