F&P Infosmart Software with Windows 10

My Infosmart software was running perfectly on Windows 7. I recently upgraded my system to Windows 10. Now the program won't start. F&P refuse to help me because I am a patient, not a DME or Dr. even though I have a registered copy of the software. Does anyone know what I have to do to get it to run om Windows 10? Thanks.
